Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including strategy, planning, and execution, all payments made are generally non-refundable once the work has started.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If the project has not yet started
If payment was made by mistake or duplicate transaction
If we are unable to deliver the agreed service
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Work has already been started or completed
Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused by lack of communication or input from the client
Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or external factors
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work already completed and resources used.
Clients may request cancellation of services before the project begins. Once the project is in progress, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
